VARIATION
1 Delete subclause (iii) of clause 38,
Area, Incidence and Duration, of the award published 19 September 2023 (395
I.G. 152), and insert in lieu the following:
(iii) This Award takes effect from 1 July 2023
and shall remain in force until 30 June 2025. The rates in the last two columns
in Table 1 in Part B, Monetary Rates will apply from the first full pay period
on or after (ffppoa) 1 July 2023 and 1 July 2024, respectively.
2. Delete Part B, Monetary Rates and
insert in lieu the following:

Allowances for Apprentices are the same as those of the corresponding
Tradesperson at Table 1, except for Apprentice Electricians, who will be paid
the Tool Allowance for Electrical Trades at Table 2.

Other
Allowances at Table 2, which are relevant to Apprentices (disability
allowances etc.), will also apply. This includes the Allowances for
Apprentices passing exams.

variation will apply from 1 July 2024.
