VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph (b) (i) of clause 15, Superannuation, of the award published 17
November 2000 (320 I.G. 377), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(i) JUST Super.
2. Delete
subclause (f) of Part B - Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(f) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Cases of
2003 and 2004. These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent over award payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and Minimum
rates adjustments.
3. Delete Table
1 - Rates of Pay and Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of the said Part B
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
