VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph (b) of subclause (iv) of clause 17, Wages, of the award made 3 April
2001, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(b) The rates of pay in this award
include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2001. These
adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage increases since 29 May 1991
other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete
Table 1 ¾
Minimum Award Wage Rates, and Table 2 ¾ Other Rates and
Allowances, of Appendix A ¾ Wage Rates and Allowances, and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
