VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (a) of clause 4, Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustment of the award
published 9 February 2001 (322 I.G. 172) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(a) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2005. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments, and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete the
amount $60.00 appearing in subclause (c) and paragraph (iii) of subclause (i)
of clause 5, Supported Wage, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
$63.00
3. Delete Part B,
Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
