- review specific administrative decisions of New South Wales Government agencies
- resolve discrimination and retail lease disputes, and
- exercise disciplinary and regulatory functions over a range of professional and occupational groups.

Announcement - Administrative Decisions Tribunal Regulation 2009

On 1 September 2009 the Administrative Decisions Tribunal (General) Regulation 2004 is repealed.
It is remade with some amendments by the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Regulation 2009.
This Regulation revises the fees payable in respect of applications to, and services provided by Tribunal.
This Regulation also makes provision with respect to the following:
(a) the exclusion of certain classes of reviewable decisions from the requirement to provide reasons for a decision and from internal review,
(b) the scale of expenses and allowances for witnesses before the Tribunal,
(c) the oaths of office for members of the Tribunal,
(d) the payment of fees,
(e) savings and formal matters.
