Judicial Newsletters
The Land and Environment Court Judicial Newsletter is a three month summary of some of the more recent significant decisions and developments concerning the Court during that quarter.
While every care is taken in the drafting of the newsletter, the information it contains is provided as a guide only. The newsletter does not constitute legal advice and cannot be relied upon as such. For an authoritative and accurate statement of the law, the text of all judgments and statutory instruments must be consulted.

Annual Reviews
Every year, the Land and Environment Court produces an Annual Review for the year January - December. This Review outlines Court developments and use of resources during the year. It also reports on how the Court has performed against key performance indicators, by looking at the volume of cases going through the Court, and the time taken by the Court to process these matters.
